A Case Study on Development of Health Promotion through Exercise Progrm in Urban Health Center in the Elderly

Abstract
|
|
|
The purpose of this case study is to apply for the elderly development of health promotion through exercise program in urban health center.
The subject of the case study was 20 elder women of volunteer in district aged house.
Performance of exercise case program took for 14 minute in once, weekly, enforced 7 times from Oct. 1 to Nov. 26.
The result was appeared improvement physical health status and self-satisfaction after the exercise program.
In conclusion, this case study indicates that exercise program for the elderly could be effective in health promotion and this program could lead to health promotion service in urban health center.
